Executives
Robert Bennett
Robert Bennett is the co-owner of Under Construction Builders, a residential remodeling company, and leader of the field operation for the company. Since the founding of Under Construction Builders, Rob has been the general superintendent for all residential work and many of the commercial projects. Rob is a Master Carpenter, and along with Robert Walker, together they lead the field operations of BWM Construction, LLC.
Robert Walker
Robert Walker is the co-owner of Under Construction Builders, a premier South Jersey residential general contracting company. Robert has been in the construction industry for over 25 years. Upon his arrival to the U.S. from New Zealand in 1991, Robert worked as a foreman, superintendent, and project manager on commercial and residential projects before establishing Under Construction Builders in 1994, with Rob Bennett.
Lou Mueller
Lou leads the organization. He is a 35-year veteran of the construction industry. He gained extensive experience in commercial, industrial and retail construction, during his 15 year tenure as the Director of Construction for American Continental Properties, Inc. During that time he constructed numerous retail and commercial developments in the region. He also served as the owner’s representative for large residential and condominium projects in Manhattan, as well as the Construction Building Manager for a large office complex in Palm Beach, Florida. Lou has a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Engineering, and has participated in extensive continuing education programs for the real estate, construction and engineering industries. Lou is a member of The International Facility Management Association, and the International Council of Shopping Centers.
